As CEO and Co-Founder of Reach Security, he draws on his experience at industry leaders like Palo Alto Networks, where he guided the WildFire product from launch to over 60,000 customers. With a hands-on background in threat analysis, training, and consulting, Garrett is committed to driving Reach's mission of transforming how organizations assess and remediate their security posture.
Colt Blackmore is an innovator at the intersection of AI, decision intelligence, and security automation. As Co-Founder and CTO of Reach Security, Colt leverages his expertise to develop cutting-edge solutions for security posture assessment and remediation. He is known for elite team building, executive coaching, and consistently delivering outsized revenue impact across Fortune 500 and Global 2000 customers.
CP Morey brings over 20 years of cybersecurity expertise to his role as Chief Marketing Officer at Reach Security. Previously, he led security marketing at Splunk, driving growth across a portfolio representing over half the company’s revenue. CP joined Splunk through the acquisition of Phantom, where he helped define a new market category and establish the company as a leader. His career includes leadership roles at Cisco, Sourcefire, and ISS.
Bharath Rangamannar is the Senior Vice President of Engineering at Reach Security, with over 15 years of experience building and scaling engineering organizations at high-growth cybersecurity companies. He has a strong track record of joining companies at early stages and growing global engineering and customer support teams that power enterprise-scale platforms.
An early engineer and later the first Engineering Director at Lacework, Bharath helped scale the company into a global organization of more than 1,400 employees. Most recently at Sysdig, he led engineering and the global customer support organziation, managing 145+ engineers across the Americas, EMEA, and APAC. He is known for a customer-first, product-focused leadership style and a strong emphasis on execution at scale.
