Michael has helped drive multiple industry defining exits, including acquisitions by Akamai, Cisco, Cato Networks, and ServiceNow, with outcomes reaching multi billion dollar valuations. He is known for elite team building, executive coaching, and consistently delivering outsized revenue impact across Fortune 500 and Global 2000 customers.
CP Morey brings over 20 years of cybersecurity expertise to his role as Chief Marketing Officer at Reach Security. Previously, he led security marketing at Splunk, driving growth across a portfolio representing over half the company’s revenue. CP joined Splunk through the acquisition of Phantom, where he helped define a new market category and establish the company as a leader. His career includes leadership roles at Cisco, Sourcefire, and ISS.
Bharath Rangamannar is the Senior Vice President of Engineering at Reach Security, with over 15 years of experience building and scaling engineering organizations at high-growth cybersecurity companies. He has a strong track record of joining companies at early stages and growing global engineering and customer support teams that power enterprise-scale platforms.
An early engineer and later the first Engineering Director at Lacework, Bharath helped scale the company into a global organization of more than 1,400 employees. Most recently at Sysdig, he led engineering and the global customer support organziation, managing 145+ engineers across the Americas, EMEA, and APAC. He is known for a customer-first, product-focused leadership style and a strong emphasis on execution at scale.
Jon Jensen brings over 25 years of industry experience to his role as Vice President Global Alliances and Channels at Reach Security. He has held sales leadership positions for both ISV's and channel partners from early stage to hyper growth, through multiple acquisitions. With a proven track record of building modern, high value co-sell engines, Jon's focus is extending the depth and breadth of Reach Security's partner-first ecosystem across technical alliances, cloud service providers, MSSP's and value added resellers.
Nadine Macklin is a seasoned SaaS and cybersecurity executive leading both Customer Success and Solutions Engineering at Reach Security. She brings over a decade of experience building and scaling customer-facing organizations, combining technical depth with commercial acumen across the full customer lifecycle—from pre-sales architecture through post-sales adoption and value realization.
At Reach Security, Nadine oversees a unified SE and CS organization, creating a seamless bridge between technical design and operational execution that accelerates time-to-value and strengthens customer partnerships in complex security environments.
Prior to Reach, she held senior leadership roles across enterprise SaaS and cybersecurity companies, building global teams and scalable success frameworks. She is known for pairing disciplined operating models with an empathetic, customer-centric approach.
